WELCOME TO TENBY BLUES FESTIVAL 2017
We’ve finished booking the ticketed events for Tenby 2017. With only 13 of those slots it has been a very difficult task chosing from the high quality acts available (we could run the festival for a week and still not fit you all in!). Thanks to everyone who has shown an interest in playing for us
So, we believe we have a GREAT programme! We have gone with acts that have never played for us before, plus young up and coming artists who we always like to encourage and, different to the usual UK Blues Festivals, we’re emphasizing world Blues this year – there’ll be Senegalese, Indian, and Italian influences.
We believe we’ve a programme that delivers variety, excitement, and fun – music for the heart and mind in equal measure. Some artists you will know, others not – part of the beauty of a festival is discovering wonderful music you’ve never heard before.
So come along and join us for a weekend of great music over the 10th to 12th of November, in a beautiful location at the heart of the UK’s only coastal National Park, amongst a friendly community of like-minded souls. We’re about as corporate as the leaves on the trees.
Check the Line-up page for fuller details.
Ticket availability and prices to follow soon.
Lets not forget our fantastic, free, and unique Blues Trail which takes place all over our beautiful seaside town the same weekend. Unique?
Yes, because we are privileged to have so many performers who are good enough to grace the main stage at our festival (some have already done so), and at many other festivals, who agree to play at the smaller trail venues because they love our festival community vibe. We love them too. Here’s one example of the Blues Trail bands – the mighty Mark Pontin Group.
This year the Blues Trail is expanded to cope with the ever increasing numbers and features a mix of regular performers and newcomers. Some of the newcomers include Junior Hacksaw, Crawlback, The Bay Rum Hounds, Old Stafford, and Taffy Was A Thief.

The festival will return in 2017 over the weekend of November 10th-12th.
